Although petitioners are named in the first information report but specific allegation of making firing is against coaccused Ramadhar Singh and Sanjay Singh. Moreover the alleged occurrence appears to have taken place on account of land dispute. Accordingly, let the petitioners, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Chief Judicial Magistrate, Bhojpur, Ara in connection with Udwant Nagar P.S.Case No. 228 of 2015.
