2. The supplementary affidavit has been filed on behalf of the petitioner and the same is taken on record.

3. The pending Title Suit No. 166 of 2020 and 172 of 2020 shall be decided by the Court below within a year from the date of receipt/communication of a copy of this order without giving any unnecessary adjournment to any side. The Court below is also given liberty to proceed ex-parte against the non-cooperating party.

4. The petitioner is given liberty to file an amendment petition/fresh suit claiming the damages in accordance with law.

5. The petitioner is also given liberty to file a fresh injunction application which shall be considered by the Court below within a week of its filing on its merits. This Court has not considered this case on merits.

6. With the aforesaid directions, this application is disposed of.
