The petitioner seeks bail in Saharsa P.S. Case No. 82/2014, registered for the offences punishable under Sections 419, 420, 406 and 421 of the Indian Penal Code.

The police raided the premises on information that some brokers and cheaters are active in the premises of the office. One yellow bag was recovered from there. Although, petitioner was not apprehended and later on transpired that the bag belongs to the petitioner which contained some documents.

Considering the facts aforesaid, the petitioner above named is directed to be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Saharsa in connection with Saharsa P.S. Case No. 82/2014.
