JUSTICE HEMANT KUMAR SRIVASTAVA ORAL ORDER 25-01-2016 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner as well as learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the State. Petitioner is said to have assaulted the informant's husband by means of iron rod. The informant's husband is said to have sustained two injuries on his head but both the aforesaid injuries were found simple in nature. The alleged occurrence took place on account of land dispute.
Accordingly, let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Chief Judicial Magistrate, Darbhanga in connection with Simri P.S.Case No. 155 of 2015.
