JUSTICE NANI TAGIA ORAL ORDER 02-04-2025 This contempt application has been filed alleging violation of the order dated 28.06.2011 passed in CWJC No. 925 of 2009 whereby on a challenge made to the order dated 10.12.2008 passed by the District Programme Officer, unseating the petitioner from the post of Angan Bari Sevika it was provided as under:- "... 2. Though the order passed in the writ petition is dated 28.06.2011, the present contempt petition was filed in the year 2019.

3. In view of the Section 20 of the Contempt of Courts Act 1971, I am of the view that this contempt petition is barred by the period of limitation and is accordingly not maintainable.

4. This contempt application is hereby closed and disposed off.
