The petitioner is languishing in custody since 09.10.2014 in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 370, 371 of the Indian Penal Code and 23 of Juvenile Justice Act.
It is alleged that 20-25 minor children were being taken through train for labour work.
It is submitted by learned counsel for the petitioners that only on suspicion the accusation has been levelled and the investigation has already concluded.
A statement has been made in para 3 of the
Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.7222 of 2015 (02) dt.02-03-2015 2/2 petition that the petitioners have no criminal antecedent. Considering the aforesaid facts, let the above named petitioners, be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs.10,000/- (ten thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Bhojpur at Ara in connection with Ara Nawada P.S. Case No. 502 of 2014.
