Petitioner carries criminal antecedent of several cases as is evident from perusal of paragraph-3 of the petition but in the present case, petitioner is neither named in the first information report nor anything appears to have been recovered from his conscious possession. It appears from perusal of the impugned order that name of the petitioner came in this case in confessional statement and except the aforesaid confessional statement, there appears to be nothing against him. Moreover, petitioner is in jail custody since 12-09-2015 but uptill now, investigating officer failed to arrange Test Identification Parade. Accordingly, petitioner named above, is directed to be

No.2080 of 2016 (2) dt.25-01-2016 2/2 released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each in connection with Laukaha (Lalamaniya) P.S.
