2. The petitioner apprehends his arrest in a case registered for the offence under Sections 341, 342, 323, 307, 506, 504, 120B of the Indian Penal Code and 25(1-b)a/26/35 of Arms Act.

3. However, learned counsel for the informant submits that process of section 82/83 of the Cr.P.C. has already been initiated against petitioner and as such this anticipatory bail application is not maintainable.
