The petitioner is in custody since 23.01.2015 in connection with Sitamarhi P.S. Case No. 811 of 2013 registered for the offences punishable under Sections 147, 148, 149, 323, 324, 307, 302 and 504 of the Indian Penal Code. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that only allegation against the petitioner is that he gave Bhala blow to the informant Mahesh Das. The injury report shows a deep cut on the chest of the informant but the nature of the said injury has been reserved.

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.12231 of 2015 (3) dt.26-05-2015 2 / 2 extended the privilege of regular bail in Cr. Misc. No. 22654 of 2014 vide order dated 25.09.2014. Hence, the petitioner being similarly situated accused may also be extended the privilege of bail.
Considering the nature of injury and the fact that the petitioner has no criminal antecedent and also stands similarly situated, let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/-(Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned C.J.M., Sitamarhi, in connection with Sitamarhi P.S. Case No. 811 of 2013.
