JUSTICE ARUN KUMAR ORAL ORDER 18-10-2017 Heard learned Counsel for the petitioners and the State. Petitioners apprehend arrest in connection with Muffasil PS Case No. 123 of 2017 registered under Sections 379, 411, 34 of the IPC.

Learned Counsel for the petitioners submits that the only allegation is that the truck of the petitioners were overloaded with sand and it is not that without licence the sand was being transported. Petitioner No. 1 is the truck owner and had given the truck to the contractor of sand for transporting it. Having considered the said facts and circumstances, the petitioners, namely, Vinit Kumar Pandey @ Vinit Pandey @ Vineet Pandey and Praveen Kumar in the event of their arrest or surrender before the court below within four weeks from today,

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.50194 of 2017 (2) dt.18-10-2017 are directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of CJM Aurangabad in connection with Muffasil PS Case No. 123 of 2017 subject to conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) Cr.P.C.
