JUSTICE HEMANT KUMAR SRIVASTAVA ORAL ORDER 02/ 12.01.2016 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner, learned Addl. Public Prosecutor for the State as well as learned counsel for the informant.

The accusation against the petitioner is that he assaulted the informant as well as his wife by means of farsa. Doctor found, altogether, four injuries on the person of the informant but all injuries were found simple in nature except one which was found on the leg of the informant.

Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances as well as submissions of the parties, let the petitioner be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs 10,000/- with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the Sub divisional Judicial Magistrate, Bagaha District West Champaran in Ram Nagar P.S. Case no. 184/2015.
