The petitioners apprehend their arrest in connection with Mansi P.S. Case No.114 of 2020 registered for offences under Sections 147, 385, 504 of the Indian Penal Code and Section 27 of the Arms Act.

Considering the age of the petitioners and in view of the fact that no person has sustained injury in the firing made by the petitioners and in view of the fact that the petitioners shall not abscond, this application for anticipatory bail is allowed. Accordingly, let petitioners, above-named, in the event of their arrest or surrender within four weeks from today,

No.11369 of 2021(2) dt.02-03-2022 2/2 be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- (Rupees ten thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Khagaria in connection with Mansi P.S. Case No.114 of 2020, subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Cr.P.C.
