The petitioner along with three others was caught on the spot while he along with others was uploading the rice of FCI from a truck and loading on the pick-up van. Admittedly, the petitioner is owner-cum-driver of the above-stated Pick-up Van. Considering the facts and circumstances as well as submission of the parties, the petitioner named-above, is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each in connection with Saharsa P.S. Case No. 742 of 2014 to the satisfaction of Sub Divisional Judicial Magistrate, Saharsa.
