This petition is disposed of with liberty to the
Patna High Court CWJC No.12412 of 2022(2) dt.06-02-2023 2/2 petitioner to file a revision petition before the concerned Revisional Authority.
Should such a petition be filed by the petitioner within a period of 30 days, the same shall be looked into and providing sufficient opportunity to the petitioner to present his cause, a reasoned order shall be passed by the Revisional Authority within further period of 60 days, which shall be communicated to the petitioner forthwith.
The petition stands disposed of accordingly.
