Petitioners seek bail in a case under Section 420 and other section of the IPC and section 7 of the E.C. Act. Petitioner no.1 is the owner and driver of the Pickup Van bearing Registration No. BR-19F-1260. It is alleged that 20 bags of rice was recovered from the said Van. Petitioner nos.2 is the driver and owner of the trucks bearing Registration No.JH02P-2454 and from his possession, 20 bags of rice was recovered. Petitioner no.3 Binod Kumar Yadav is the driver of the truck. The owner of the truck has already been enlarged on bail. The vehicles were parked in front of a Petrol Pump for taking fuel and the rice was not sold in black market. Other accused persons have already been enlarged on bail. Petitioners are in jail since 12.10.2014.

Considering the facts aforesaid, the petitioners,

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.9776 of 2015 (2) dt.13-03-2015 named above, are directed to be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the S.D.J.M, Saharsa in connection with Saharsa P.S.Case No. 742 of 2014.
