Nadim Seraj, learned counsel appearing on behalf of the Bihar School Examination Board and Mr. Rana Vikram Singh, learned counsel for the vigilance.

The petitioner in paragraph no. 1 of the present writ petition has sought inter alia the following relief(s), which is reproduced hereinafter:- "(i) To terminate the respondent no.15, who has got appointment as Panchayat teacher on forged certificates and also in wrong category accordingly recovery of salary must be made after lodging the F.I.R. in the light of judgement of Hon'ble Court passed in CWJC No. 15459/2014 Ranjeet Pandit and another V/s State of Bihar & Ors.

(ii) To direct the respondent to impose heavy cost upon erring authorities who have not taken any step for enquiry of certificate through the Vigilance inspite of representation of petitioner?

(iii) To provide any other relief/reliefs for which the petitioner is entitled for?"

Considering the relief(s) as prayed for in the present writ petition, as well as, the specific statement and information contained in counter affidavit, filed on behalf of the respondent nos.4, 5, 9, 10, 11 and 15, I find that in view of the communication made by the Block Education Officer, Sonepur, Saran vide letter dated 25.10.2018 to the District Programme Officer, Establishment, Saran, the District Programme Officer

Patna High Court CWJC No.17179 of 2021(3) dt.26-06-2025 3/3 may take steps to file an application before the learned Lokayukta for thorough inquiry into the matter and for taking proper action, in accordance with law.

4. Accordingly, the present writ petition stands disposed of.
