2. The petitioner apprehends arrest in connection with Sarairanjan P.S. Case No. 37 of 2025 dated 09.03.2025, registered for the offence punishable under Sections 126(2), 115(2), 118(1), 109, 352, 351(2)(3) and 3(5) of the Bharatiya Nyaya Sanhita, 2023.

3. The allegation against the petitioner is that he assaulted with iron rod on the head of the informant due to which he sustained head injury.

4. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner is innocent and he has been falsely implicated in this case. It is submitted that the injury report of the informant reveals that the nature of injury is simple. It is submitted that the

It is further submitted that mother of the petitioner filed a Complaint Case No. 839 of 2024 against the informant and others and cognizance has been taken against the informant and others due to which this false case has been lodged. Lastly, it has been submitted that he has no criminal antecedent.

5. Learned A.P.P. has opposed the prayer for bail of the petitioner.

6. Having considered the facts and circumstances of the case and submissions of learned counsel for the parties, in the event of arrest / surrender of the petitioner within a period of six weeks from today, in connection with Sarairanjan P.S. Case No. 37 of 2025, he shall be released on anticipatory bail upon furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned J.M.-Ist Class, Samastipur, subject to condition as laid down under Section 482(2) of B.N.S.S..
