The petitioner seeks bail in connection with Daudpur P. S. Case No.146 of 2021, instituted for the offences under Sections 413, 414, 467, 468 of the Indian Penal Code. The learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner is in custody since 05.07.2021, he is a person with clean antecedent and charge-sheet has been submitted in this case.

The learned counsel for the petitioner further submits that the informant alleges that two stolen motorcycle were recovered from the house of the petitioner and the petitioner disclosed that he had purchased the motorcycle from Ankit Kumar Singh of village- Kopa, but was not able to produce any

The learned counsel for the petitioner submits that petitioner has been falsely implicated. He had purchased the motorcycle from Ankit Kumar Singh, as such, he disclosed the real fact before the informant. It is further submitted that petitioner was not knowing that the aforesaid motorcycle was stolen one as Ankit had assured that the paper would be given to him after sometimes.

Learned A.P.P. opposes the bail application.

Considering the fact that the petitioner is in custody, he is a person with clean antecedent and charge-sheet has been submitted in this case, the petitioner, above-named, is directed to be released on bail on his furnishing bail-bonds in the sum of Rs. 10,000/- (Rupees Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Mr. Chandra Bosh Singh, learned J. M., 1st Class, Saran at Chapra in connection with Daudpur P. S. Case No.146 of 2021.

The application stands allowed.
