JUSTICE CHAKRADHARI SHARAN SINGH ORAL ORDER 03-08-2018 The petitioner had participated in Bihar Elementary Teacher Eligibility Test (B.E.T.E.T.) held on 23.07.2017. It is her grievance that when the petitioner's result was not declared in her favour, she applied for scrutiny before the Bihar School Examination Board. In support of said averment, the petitioner is relying on his representation dated 30.09.2017, addressed to the Secretary, Bihar School Examination Board. It does not appear from Annexure-2, whether the petitioner's representation was duly received by the Bihar School Examination Board, since there is no receipt on record issued by the officials of the Board. Vagueness in the pleadings is apparent and for the said reason also the relief which the petitioner is seeking, cannot be granted.

The petitioner shall, however, be at liberty to
