Petitioner is languishing in custody since 14.07.2015 in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 20, 22 and 23 of the Narcotics Drugs and Psychotropic Substances Act.

It is alleged that recovery of two and half kilograms ganja was made from the possession of the petitioner.

It is submitted by the learned counsel for the petitioner that investigation has already concluded and statement has been made in para-3 of the petition that petitioner has no criminal antecedent Considering the fact that recovery is slightly above the small quantity and investigation has already concluded, let

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.2298 of 2016 (2) dt.14-01-2016 the above named petitioner, be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Sri A.K. Dubey, A.D.J.-I-cum-Special Judge, Sitamarhi in connection with Sursand P.S. Case No. 179 of 2015.
