The petitioner is languishing in custody since 29.09.2014 in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 395, 397 and 120B of the Indian Penal Code. The informant was robbed while taking cash to the bank. Name of the petitioner sprang up on confession of coaccused. Statements have been made in para 14 and 15 of the petitioner neither the petitioner has been put on TIP nor any recovery has been made from the petitioner. A statement has been made in para 3 of the petition that the petitioner has no criminal

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.5534 of 2015 (02) dt.13-02-2015 2/2 antecedent whereas learned Sessions's Judge order suggests that the petitioner has criminal antecedent.

Considering the fact that petitioner has not been put on TIP, let the above named petitioner, be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs.10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Muzaffarpur in connection with Muzaffarpur P.S.
