The petitioner seeks pre-arrest bail in connection with Amba P. S. Case No. 75 of 2015 registered under Sections 414/34 of the Indian Penal Code, 8/15(c)/29 of NDPS Act, 22(E)/3(8)/15,18 of Excise Act (wrongly mentioned as Mahua Flower Act in the FIR).

Regard being had to the recovery of huge quantity of contraband from the pickup van registered in the name of the petitioner, I am not inclined to grant him pre-arrest bail. Accordingly, the application for grant of pre-arrest bail is rejected.
