The petitioners apprehend their arrest in connection with Kundwa Chainpur P.S. Case No.87 of 2020 registered for offences under Sections 147, 149, 323, 354, 379, 308, 504 and
Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.4436 of 2021(3) dt.03-03-2022 2/2 506 of the Indian Penal Code.
The petitioners are agnates and there is longstanding dispute between the parties. There is general and omnibus allegation against the petitioners except petitioner no.1 who is said to have caused injury by rod but the injury caused to the informant is simple in nature.
Considering the aforesaid submission, the application for anticipatory bail is allowed.
Accordingly, let petitioners, above-named, in the event of their arrest or surrender within four weeks from today, be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs.10,000/- (Rupees ten thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Sub-Divisional Judicial Magistrate, Sikarahana at Dhaka, East Champaran, Motihari in connection with Kundwa Chainpur P.S. Case No.87 of 2020, subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Cr.P.C.
