The petitioner by way of this writ petition has prayed as under:- "i) For the issuance of writ in the nature of certiorari for quashing order dated 09/11/2021 passed by District Public Grievances Redressal Officer and the consequential order of termination passed by the Executive Officer, Block Teacher Employment Unit, Pirpainti cum Block Development Officer, Pirpainti containing memo no. 871 dated 05/05/2022 to terminate the service of the petitioner from the post of Panchayat Sikshak.
Patna High Court CWJC No.12626 of 2022(3) dt.15-02-2023 2/2 ii) For the issuance of writ in the nature of mandamus for commanding/directing the respondent to restore the service of the petitioner and to allow him to work as a teacher in Middle School, Pirpainti Bazar, Pirpainti. iii) For the issuance of writ in the nature of mandamus for commanding/directing the respondent to stop any kind of recovery of salary from the petitioner.
iv) For the issuance of writ in the nature of mandamus for commanding/directing the respondent to restore all the benefits to the petitioner for which he was entitled to get as a teacher in Middle School, Pirpainti Bazar, Pirpainti.
v) For issuance of any other appropriate writ, order or direction. which your Lordships may deem fit and proper in the facts and circumstances of the case."
Considering it that this matter is covered by the Judgment dated 23.02.2022, passed in C.W.J.C. No. 5489 of 2020 (Suresh Ram Vs. The State of Bihar & Ors.) and connected matters reported in 2022 (2) PLJR 80, 2022 (2) B.L.J. 381 and the Judgment dated 07.03.2022, passed in C.W.J.C. No. 34 of 2022 (Minakshi @ Sushre Minakshi & Anr. Vrs. The State of Bihar & Ors.), this petition is disposed of with the above terms.
