The petitioner seeks bail in connection with Gaya Rail P.S. Case No. 94 of 2014 registered for the offences punishable under Sections 25(1-b)a/26 (ii)/35 of the Arms Act. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that in course of search of the petitioner one loaded country made pistol was recovered from his possession while petitioner was sitting on the railway platform. Petitioner is in custody since 18.09.2014. Petitioner has already remained in jail for more than 7 months. Considering the facts aforesaid, the petitioner above named is directed to be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the Learned R.J.M., Gaya in connection
