The victim stated the name of the petitioner in her kidnapping but she admits that she was dropped by the petitioner at Railway Station. Moreover, petitioner and the victim appears to be relative and it appears from perusal of Annexure 3 to the petition that good sense has already been prevailed between the parties and they amicably settled their dispute. Accordingly, let the above named petitioner be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Siwan in connection with Siswan P.S.Case No.170 of 2013,G.R.No. 3924 of 2013.
