Petitioner seeks regular bail in a case registered for the offences under sections 120(B), 121(A), 124(A), 386 of the Indian Penal Code and section 37 of the C.L.A. Act. One mobile set is said to have been recovered from possession of the petitioner, who does not have any criminal antecedent and is languishing in jail custody since 23.10.2015.
