In the present writ application, the following relief has been sought for on behalf of the petitioner :

(1) For a direction to the Respondents to transfer the petitioner from Bihar Agriculture University to Bihar Animal Science University in accordance with the provision of Bihar Animal Science University Act as well as in accordance with faculty Membership of the petitioner.

Patna High Court CWJC No.7703 of 2018(2) dt.16-08-2018 2/2 Considering the relief sought for in the present writ application, the petitioner is directed to file a fresh representation regarding the redressal of his grievance before the Respondent No.4 i.e. The Vice Chancellor, Bihar Agricultural University, Sabour. The Respondent No.4 shall consider and dispose of the representation and pass an appropriate order in accordance with law within a period of three months from the date of filing of such representation. With the aforesaid observation and direction, the present writ application stands disposed of.
