The petitioner is in jail custody since 14.09.2015 on the accusation that he along with other FIR named accused entered into the house of the informant and after that FIR named accused Karanjeet Paswan made an attempt to outrage the modesty of the informant.

Considering the facts and circumstances of the case as well as the period of detention, let the above named petitioner be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned A.D.J.- cum- Special Judge,west
