The petitioner is languishing in custody since 07.07.2014 in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 25(1-B)a, 26 and 35 of the Arms Act.

From possession of the petitioner, one country made pistol and live cartridges were recovered.

Considering the period under custody, let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/-(Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned C.J.M. East Champaran at Motihari, in connection with Turkaulia P.S. Case No. 379 of 2014.
