JUSTICE HEMANT KUMAR SRIVASTAVA ORAL ORDER 22-01-2016 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner as well as learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the State. The first information report was lodged against ten named accused and five to six unknown persons and it is alleged that all the accused made indiscriminate firing causing death of the informant's brother. The post mortem report of the deceased reveals that two gun shot injuries were found on his person. Moreover, having similar allegation, co-accused, Rajesh Mandal and Arvind Yadav have already been granted privilege of bail by different Benches of this Court.

Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances as well as submissions of the parties, let the petitioner be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten Thousand) with
