2. The application has been filed for initiation of a contempt proceeding against the contemnors-opposite parties for their willful and deliberate disobedience of the order dated 11.01.2023 passed in C.W.J.C. No.4597 of 2022.

3. A show-cause affidavit has been filed on behalf of O.P. No.6.

4. Learned Advocate for the State informs this Court that the District Promotion Committee has considered the claim

Patna High Court MJC No.1956 of 2023(3) dt.22-08-2025 2/2 of the applicant in view of the order of this Hon'ble Court and decided to promote the petitioner on the post of Head Master and in this regard the order has been issue vide Memo No.796 dated 05.08.2023.

5. Learned Advocate for the petitioner, at this stage, submitted that now the sole petitioner died during the pendency of the contempt petition and no further instruction(s) has been received from his legal heir(s).

6. Be that as it may, considering the fact that the sole petitioner is no more survived to proceed further in the matter, besides the averments made in the show-cause affidavit, the present contempt petition stands closed.
