.... .... Opposite Party/s ====================================================== CORAM: HONOURABLE MR. JUSTICE AMARESH KUMAR LAL ORAL ORDER 29-04-2015 Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned A.P.P. for the State.

The petitioner seeks bail in a case for the offence punishable under Sections 25(1-b) a/26 of the Arms Act. The allegation is that on getting information that there has been dispute between two groups and they bent upon to commit violence and assault, the police party reached there. On seeing police party they started fleeing away and on chase the petitioner was apprehended and from his possession one country made loaded pistol and a live cartridge were recovered. It is submitted that petitioner has also criminal antecedents under Section 3 of the R.P.(U.P.) Act in which he is on bail. He has been in custody since 9.9.2014.

Considering the facts and circumstances of this case, the above-named petitioner is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned S.D.J.M., Barh

1. One of the bailors will be the close relative of the petitioner.

2. The petitioner will not indulge in similar or in any other offence.

The petitioner will be well represented in the court.
