JUSTICE VINOD KUMAR SINHA ORAL ORDER 01-08-2019 Earlier the prayer for bail of the petitioner was dismissed twice firstly by the then coordinate Bench of this court vide order dated 07.02.2018 passed in Cr. Misc. No. 54638 of 2017 and secondly by this Bench vide order dated 20.11.2018 passed in Cr. Misc. No. 64444 of 2018 and allegation against her is that she killed her step daughter along with his husband, who is father of the deceased. Submission of learned counsel for the petitioner is that co-accused, who is also the husband of the petitioner has already been enlarged on bail by coordinate Bench of this Court vide order dated 09.05.2019 passed in Cr. Misc. No. 12218 of 2019 and the petitioner has been in judicial custody since 07.09.2017.

No.47718 of 2019(2) dt.01-08-2019 2/2 Having heard both sides, in view of the above facts, let the petitioner above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 25,000 (Rs. Twenty Five Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Vaishali at Hajipur, in connection with Mahua P.S. Case No. 14 of 2016, subject to the condition that petitioner will cooperate in disposal of trial and make herself available as and when required by the trial court, failing which, the prosecution shall move for cancellation of her bail bonds.
