The petitioners apprehend their arrest in Pipra Kothi P.S. Case No. 153 of 2016 under Sections 302 and 34 of the Indian Penal Code and 3 and 4 of the Dowry Prohibition Act. The father of the deceased alleged that his daughter was married with Prem Lal Sah @ Khushi Sah in the year 2007, but, her husband, father-in-law, mother-in-law and sisters-in-law were demanding additional dowry. The informant got information that his daughter was burnt to death by her husband and other inlaws on the ground of non-fulfillment of demand of dowry. The learned counsel for the petitioners submits that the petitioners are married sisters-in-law of the deceased. Deceased got three children. The petitioners are also living in their own sasural and they have no manner of concern with the family affairs of the deceased. It is, further, submitted that the police after investigation submitted final form finding the case false against the petitioner, but, the learned Chief Judicial Magistrate took cognizance.

No.43704 of 2017 (2) dt.21-09-2017 2/2 Considering the facts that the petitioners are married sisters-in-law of the deceased and after about ten years the father of the deceased lodged the case making allegation against her husband and others, including the petitioners, who are married sisters-in-law of the deceased, let the petitioners, above named, in the event of their arrest or surrender, within four weeks from the date of receipt of this order, be released on anticipatory bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs.10,000/- (rupees ten thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each in connection with Pipra Kothi P.S. Case No. 153 of 2016 to the satisfaction of the Chief Judicial Magistrate, East Champaran at Motihari, subject to the condition laid down under Section 438(2) of the Criminal Procedure Code.
