2. The petitioner seeks bail in connection with Chhauradano P.S. Case No. 39 of 2024 registered for the offence punishable under Sections 401/420/120(B)/414 of the Indian Penal Code and Section 25(1-b)a, 26/35 Arms Act.

3. Two persons were caught. From the co-accused, one countrymade pistol has been recovered and from this petitioner one bundle was recovered in which there were two notes of five hundred and rest were blank papers.

4. The petitioner is in jail since 23.02.2024.

5. Considering the period of custody, let the petitioner above named be released on bail, on furnishing bail bonds of Rs.10,000/- (Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.49931 of 2024(2) dt.24-07-2024 2/2 like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Judicial Magistrate, 1st Class/concerned court Raxaul in connection with Chhauradano P.S. Case No. 39 of 2024.

6. The petitioner is directed to mark his attendance in Ramgarhwa police station on 1st Sunday and 3rd Sunday of every month. Failure to do so, will result in cancellation of bail bond of the petitioner.
