ABHISHEK REDDY ORAL ORDER 28-07-2025 Learned counsel for the petitioner states that the petitioner may be permitted to make a suitable representation ventilating his grievance before the competent authority i.e. the Respondent No. 2 i.e. the Principal Secretary, Bihar Cooperative Department and the Respondent No. 2 may be directed to consider the same and pass necessary orders.

Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the respondents State as well as the Bihar State Housing Cooperation Federation Limited submits that they have no objection if the petitioner make a suitable representation and direction to the authority to consider the same strictly in accordance with law.

3. Having regard to the above, the petitioner is permitted to make a suitable representation to the Respondent No. 2 within a period of four weeks from today. On such representation being made, the Respondent No. 2 shall consider the same strictly in accordance with law and pass necessary orders. In case the claim of the petitioner is found to be genuine, the authority shall endeavour to make the necessary payments as expeditiously as possible preferably within a period of eight weeks from the date of receipt of the copy of the said representation. In case the authority is of the opinion that the claim of the petitioner does not merit any consideration, the authority shall pass a reasoned order giving the reasons for such rejection. It is needless to mention that before passing any order, the petitioner shall be given an opportunity of hearing. Any order passed shall be communicated to the party.

4. With the above direction, the present writ petition
