ANJANA PRAKASH ORAL ORDER 10-02-2016 This application has been filed for modification of the order dated 3.11.2015 passed in Cr.Misc.No.49949 of 2015. By order dated 3.11.2015 the Petitioner was granted anticipatory bail, but due to unforeseen circumstances, the Petitioner could not appear on time.

Considering the same, three weeks further time from the date of receipt of this order is allowed to the Petitioner for surrender in the Court below.

Application stands allowed.

The Petitioner is directed to deposit a sum of Rs.250/- in the concerned District Legal Aid Committee. Let this order be communicated to the court of the Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate, Danapur, Patna in connection with Bihta P.S. case No.394 of 2015 also through fax at the cost of the petitioner.
