The present writ application has been filed basically for a direction to the respondent authorities for providing a bodyguard (police) to the petitioner, being a businessman, since he has threat perception to his life and property as his uncle and cousin were earlier killed, leading to registration of Samastipur Muffasil P.S. Case No.15/2016 and Samastipur P.S. Case No.258 of 2015 respectively.
Learned counsel for the petitioner seeks permission
Patna High Court CWJC No.5415 of 2018(2) dt.31-08-2018 2/2 to withdraw the present writ application since the grievance of the petitioner has been redressed, as he has been provided bodyguard (police).
Accordingly, the writ application is disposed of as withdrawn.
