Name of the petitioner came in this case in the confessional statement of co-accused and subsequently, one looted motorcycle of Madhepura (Bharrahi) P.S. Case no. 431/2015 was recovered from the house of the petitioner.
The submission on behalf of the petitioner is that aforesaid motorcycle had been kept in the house of the petitioner by co-accused Sanoj Yadav and co-accused Sanoj Yadav has already been granted privilege of bail by a coordinate bench of this court. Petitioner does not have any criminal antecedent and is languishing in jail custody since 1.12.2015.
Accordingly, petitioner is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs 10,000/- with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the Chief Judicial Magistrate,
