This application for anticipatory bail arises out of Jehanabad P.S. Case No. 734 of 2018 for the offence under Sections 341, 353, 385 and 447 of the Indian Penal Code. Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner informs that the petitioner had been released on bail by the police in course of investigation. Charge-sheet has now been submitted.

In such circumstance, this anticipatory bail application cannot be maintained and is accordingly dismissed. It goes without saying that if the petitioner surrenders before the Court below and it is found that he was allowed police bail, unless there is any material to suggest that he ever abused the privilege of bail allowed by the police, he should be
