The petitioner seeks bail in connection with Rampur P.S. Case No. 269 of 2014 registered for the offences punishable under Sections 414/34 of the Indian Penal Code and Under Section 17 of the C.L.A. Act.

From possession of the petitioner, one bullet proof jacket and one mobile were recovered.

It is submitted that bullet proof jacket was not recovered from possession of the petitioner but the same was kept in a bag in the Auto Rickshaw. It is further submitted that, Rajiv Kumar,(Ex-Army Man), who was also apprehended at the spot from whose possession many articles were recovered and the said bullet proof jacket allegedly said to have been recovered from possession of the petitioner may belong to said Rajiv Kumar.

No.14142 of 2015 (2) dt.24-04-2015 Considering the fact aforesaid and also the fact that petitioner is in custody since 16.09.2014, let the petitioner above named is directed to be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the Learned A.C.J.M., Gaya in connection with Rampur P.S.
