2. Petitioner apprehends arrest in a case registered for the offence punishable under sections 420, 406, 467 , 468/34 of the Indian Penal Code and Section 7 of the E . C . Act.
3. It is alleged that petitioner is the owner of the "Godown" from where subsidized "Arwa Rice" of 390 sack were loaded of total weight 240.41 quintal.
4. It is submitted that petitioner is not the P.D.S dealer and only on suspicion he has been made accused in this case. He next submits that anyone can trade in rice for which no license is needed, as such, no case under section 7 of E . C . Act is made out against the petitioner. Petitioner claims clean

5. Learned counsel for the State opposes the bail petition of the petitioner.
6. Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances of the case, in the event of arrest or surrender within six weeks from today, let the petitioner, as named above, be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/-(ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned C J M, Supaul in connection with Bhaptiyahi P.S. case no . 132 of 2022, subject to the conditions laid down under section 438(2) of the Code of Criminal Procedure.
