Seen the report submitted by the learned lower Court wherein the learned lower Court shown the estimated time of six months whereunder trial is likely to be concluded.

Accordingly, prayer for bail is rejected.

In case, trial is not concluded within six months, then in that event, petitioner will be at liberty to renew her prayer for bail. The Superintendent of Police, Rohtas is directed to procure attendance of all the chargesheet witnesses within the intermediary period to facilitate smooth sailing of the trial as well as its conclusion within the aforesaid stipulated period otherwise will be held accountable for violating the Court's order.
