2. The petitioners seek regular bail in connection with Madhubani (Town) P.S. Case No. 111 of 2024 registered for the offence punishable under Sections-341, 324, 326, 307, 302, 147 of the Indian Penal Code.

3. Allegedly, while the informant along with his friends was sitting at Bhaubada Chowk, the accused persons came there with weapons and assaulted the informant and his friends as a result of which, both persons sustained injury and were sent to government hospital for treatment.

4. Learned counsel for the petitioners has submitted that the petitioners are innocent and they have falsely been implicated in this case due to dirty village politics. There is general and omnibus allegation against the petitioners. There is no specific allegation against the petitioners. The petitioners are in custody since 20-03-2024.

5. Learned Additional Public Prosecutor has opposed the prayer for bail.

Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances as also the fact that there is no specific allegation against the petitioners, let the petitioners named above, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Madhubani in connection with Madhubani (Town) P.S. Case No. 111 of 2024 with condition that the petitioners shall cooperate with the trial of the case and make themselves available as and when required by the court.
