Petitioner is named in the first information report on the accusation that he demolished the foundation of a Community Hall, which was going to be inaugurated in the name of Sant. Ravi Das and also uttered the caste name of a particular community. No doubt, earlier a case of SC/ST (Prevention of Atrocities) act had been lodged against the petitioner but submission on behalf of the petitioner is that the aforesaid case had been lodged by the informant of the present case as there was dispute between the parties regarding the land on which the community hall was going to be constructed.

Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances as

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.1311 of 2016 (2) dt.13-01-2016 2/2 well as submissions of the parties, let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Chief Judicial Magistrate, Buxar in connection with Buxar Town P.S.Case No. 333 of 2015.
