JUSTICE DINESH KUMAR SINGH ORAL ORDER 04-03-2015 Petitioner is languishing in custody since 16.12.2014 in a case registered for the offences punishable under Section 395 of the I.P.C.

Accusation is of robbing the passengers travelling in an auto-rickshaw. The name of the petitioner sprang up on confession of the co-accused.

It is submitted by learned counsel for the petitioner that neither any recovery has been made from the petitioner nor the petitioner has been put on test identification parade. Moreover other co-accused has been granted bail vide Cr. Misc. No. 22756 of 2013.

Considering the aforesaid facts, let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/-(ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Sub-Divisional
