Petitioner happens to be father in law of the deceased. No doubt, there is allegation of illegal demand as well as torturing and the deceased died within two years of her marriage but according to prosecution case itself, at the time of death of the deceased, the informant was at Chhatisgarh and the information regarding the death of deceased was given to him by the petitioner. The informant suspected that his sister might be killed by the petitioner and others only on the basis that before his arrival, the dead body of the deceased was disposed of. Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances as

No.3240 of 2016 (2) dt.03-02-2016 2/2 well as submissions of the parties and also taking note of this fact that petitioner is in jail custody since 30.05.2015, let the petitioner be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Additional Sessions Judge-III, Patna in connection with Sessions Trial No. 593 of 2015 arising out of Kadamkuan P.S. Case No. 225 of 2015.
