JUSTICE HEMANT KUMAR SRIVASTAVA ORAL ORDER 25-01-2016 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner as well as learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the State. According to the prosecution case itself, petitioner was arrested from his house and except mobile set nothing has been recovered from his conscious possession. Although the informant claims in the first informant report that petitioner carries criminal antecedent but para-3 of the petition shows that petitioner does not have any criminal antecedent.
Accordingly, let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of SubDivisional Judicial Magistrate (West) Muzaffarpur in connection with Motipur P.S.Case No. 180 of 2015.
