This application for anticipatory bail arises out of Mufassil P.S. Case No. 256 of 2020 for the offence under Sections 341, 323, 504, 379, 506 & 308/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

Allegation against this petitioner is that he has assaulted the injured with the back side of the pistol. It is being submitted by learned counsel for the petitioner that the injuries sustained by the injured are simple in nature and therefore, the petitioner deserves anticipatory bail. In the opinion of this Court, the petitioner is said to have assaulted the victim on head with the back side of the pistol causing injuries and, therefore, this Court is not inclined
